Klydis

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Klydis (“we”, “us”) collects when you join our waitlist, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

Klydis is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy request or question, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

That’s all. We do not ask for your name, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers or set marketing cookies on this site.

3. Why we use it & our lawful basis

We use your email only to notify you when Klydis launches and to send occasional related product updates. Our lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box when you sign up. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).

4. Where your data is stored (processors)

Waitlist entries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, which acts as our data processor. Our website assets (fonts and scripts) are delivered via content-delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr/unpkg), which may process your IP address to serve those files. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms and data processing agreements.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share it with the processors above who help us operate the waitlist, and where required by law.

6. International transfers

Our processors may store or process data on servers located outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your email until Klydis launches and for a reasonable period afterwards to send you launch information, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw consent — whichever is sooner. After that we delete it.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we’ll action it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the waitlist database is restricted so that the public website can add entries but cannot read, export or delete them. Only authorised Klydis personnel can access the stored list.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.

11. Contact

Questions or requests: [email protected]

This policy is provided as a good-faith, plain-language summary and may need tailoring to your specific jurisdiction and business — consider a legal review before launch.
